1. Minimum Order Value

• Initial order of six pieces, any combination of Mezuzahs and Menorahs is required as well as Purchase Order and resale number. Confirmation of order will be sent within 24 hours. Payment is due at time of shipping.

• 50% off of MSRP

• View our online catalogue which shows retail prices. Contact us with any questions or to place order.
• If  placing your order on our website, please check the 'Purchase Order' box in order for you to receive your 50% wholesale discount. MSRP price will be adjusted to wholesale cost upon confirmation of order.

4. Returns

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Return requests must be made by email to srqglassman@gmail.com within three days of delivery date. Reason for the return must be stated. No returns are accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping is customers responsibility unless glass is damaged. If damaged, please return glass art to original packaging and inform YourGlassman immediately so that arrangements can be made for shipment to be picked up. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.

5. Payments

• YourGlassman accepts credit cards, PayPal, VENMO, checks and bank transfer.

6. Shipping

• Stock items ship within 24 hours.
• Custom orders - Please allow 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for current stock availability.
